         This kit is mainly used for the qualitative detection of anti-sperm antibodies in human serum in vitro.

         Anti-sperm antibody (ASA) is a complicated pathological product, both men and women may suffer, the exact cause is not yet fully understood. Male sperm and seminal plasma are specific antigens to women, once the body contacts with the blood, both men and women can cause immune response and produce antibodies, which would hinder the combination between sperm and egg, resulting in infertility.

 

This kit uses microplates coated by ASA to make into solid phase antigen. The specific antigen on the coated plate is used to capture the corresponding antibody in the sample to be tested and the HRP-labeled mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody is added to form a complex (antigen-antibody to be tested-HRP labeled IgG). After adding luminescent substrate, according to the relative luminous intensity of the known negative control to determine the positive or negative.

Female: symptoms of infertility
