         This kit is mainly used for qualitative detection of anti-trophoblast antibody in human serum in vitro.

         Antigen systems that can be recognized by the maternal body

on the syncytiotrophoblast serosa affect the immune balance between pregnant women and the fetus. Studies have shown that the level of anti-trophoblast antibody in pregnant women with unexplained abortion is significantly higher than that in normal pregnant women. It shows that the increase of this antibodies have closely link with abortion. The mechanism may be related to the reduction of blocking antibodies. The detection of anti-trophoblastic antibody (ATB) is mainly used as a diagnostic indicator for recurrent miscarriage patients. If the result of a woman who used to have a history of miscarriage is positive, pregnancy should be considered after turning negative.

 

This kit uses microplates coated by ATB to make into solid phase antigen. The specific antigen on the coated plate is used to capture the corresponding antibody in the sample to be tested and the HRP-labeled mouse anti-human IgG monoclonal antibody is added to form a complex (antigen-antibody to be tested-HRP labeled IgG). After adding luminescent substrate, according to the relative luminous intensity of the known negative control to determine the positive or negative.
