【Storage And Stability】

1.    Store at 2~30ºC in the sealed pouch up to the expiration date, and the validity is tentatively 18 months. Do not freeze.

2.    The test cassette should be used within 1 hour after taking out from the aluminum foil bag.Testing should be carried out at room temperature (15 to 30°C) with a relative humidity of less than 80%.

3.    Keep away from sunlight, moisture and heat.

4.    Sample diluent should be covered immediately after use and kept in a cool place, please use within the expiry date.

This product is used for the in vitro qualitative detection of Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae, RSV, Adenovirus, Coxsackievirus group B, IgM antibodies in human blood or serum samples.

This product uses the colloidal gold immunochromatographic technique and the capture method principle to detect IgM antibodies to Mycoplasma pneumoniae/Chlamydia pneumoniae/respiratory syncytial virus/adenovirus/coxsackievirus group B.

Mouse anti-human IgM (μ-chain) monoclonal antibody is encapsulated on the nitrocellulose membrane at the detection line (T) and sheep anti-mouse IgG antibody is encapsulated at the quality control line (C); colloidal gold-labelled Mycoplasma pneumoniae/Chlamydia pneumoniae/Chlamydia respiratory syncytial virus/adenovirus/Coxsackievirus group B recombinant antigen and mouse IgG are immobilised on a gold standard pad.
