Expected use
Our kits are used for externally and qualitatively detecting Thyroid peroxidase antibody in human serum.They can also detect the content of Thyroid peroxidase antibody in human serum and are of great significance to auxiliarily diagnosing and identifying Hashimoto's thyroiditis，Graves disease，primary myxedema and Autoimmune thyroid disease.
Detection principle
The chemiluminescence immunoassay is used in the kit. The kit adopts TPO coated micro-plate and is made of solid phase antigen to antigen; holes are sequentially added in negative control, positive control and sample, the formation of antigen antibody complex; then adding enzyme labeled two antibody, antigen - antibody - enzyme formation labeled two antibody complexes. After immunization, the unbound HRP- two is removed, and the luminescent substrate is added. The luminescence value (RLU value) is measured by photon counter. The content of TPO antibody in the sample is automatically calculated by the instrument software.
