  • Product introduction

    MP180 semi-automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer uses a sensitive photon counting system, a complete mathematical model library and advanced test software system to achieve the positioning of microporous plate, data acquisition and analysis. The following is the flow chart of related equipment and data that should be equipped with the device.

     

    The analyzer system consists of analyzer mainframe, computers, monitors and printers (computers, monitors and printers are optional), the analyzer mainframe consists of electronic counting probe, the sample drive system, data acquisition system, the total power supply and other components. The serial interface of RS232 connected with the computer and the external computer complete the host control, data acquisition and analysis.

  • Expected use

    The product is used in conjunction with microplate chemiluminescence reagents for chemiluminescent immunoassays in medical institutions.

     

  • Detection principle

    Chemiluminescence immunoassay system consists of two parts, the immune response system and chemiluminescence system. The basic principle of the immune response system is the same as that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), it often using double antibody sandwich method, competitive method, indirect method and so on.

    The principle of the chemiluminescence system is that the enzyme in the immune reaction reacts on the luminescent substrate. Luminescent substrate produces chemical reaction and release a lot of energy under the action of the enzyme, while producing excited state intermediate, when the excited state intermediate is back to the ground state, photons can be released. The photon quantity can be measured by the luminescence signal, which is proportional to the mass mass in the sample, so a standard curve can be established and the content can be calculated by this curve.

    Specifically, we use horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to catalyze the luminol substrate luminescence system.
